Fabio’s began over 30 years ago inside the Ohio Valley Mall in St. Clairsville, founded by the Cracolici family. Over the decades, it grew into a beloved local pizzeria known for its fresh ingredients, made-from-scratch recipes, and warm hospitality.
In 2025, the family made the bold move to bring Fabio’s to Wheeling. After months of careful planning, the restaurant reopened at 1920 Main Street, marking a new chapter for the brand. The relocation was met with excitement and support from the Wheeling community, and the warm welcome confirmed that this new home was meant to be.
Who We Are
Fabio’s is more than a pizza shop it’s a family legacy. From day one, our philosophy has been simple:
Everything made fresh. We grate our cheese, make our dough daily, and slice meats and produce in-house.
A menu rooted in tradition Alongside signature pizzas, we offer calzones, subs, antipasto salads, and daily pasta specials like lasagna and stuffed shells.
Hospitality & heart Many of our longtime staff moved with us from St. Clairsville. We still operate as a tight-knit team because family matters.
What’s New at Wheeling
Moving to Main Street allowed us to expand and enhance the Fabio’s experience:
Seating for up to 70 guests in our new dining room.
Plans are underway for outdoor dining, a bar area, and an event banquet hall upstairs.
A refreshed building design that reflects our vision, guided by local architect Wendy Scatterday.
In the near future: liquor licensing, expanded menu offerings, and community-focused programming within the city’s developing PODA district.
Our Commitment
From the moment we opened, the Wheeling community welcomed us with open arms. The outpouring of support, in-person and online, has been overwhelming and deeply inspiring. We’re thrilled to serve old friends, new neighbors, and folks discovering us for the first time.
